The Climate Finance Campaigner will join our Finance Team, which works to mobilize grassroots action, pressure and/or engage with companies, advocate for government policy change, and shape the media narrative around accountability for financial firms that are currently investing in the industries driving the destruction of the Amazon rainforest and the climate, and disrespect for Indigenous peoples and their rights.
The Climate Finance Campaigner’s primary duties related to this work may include:
Designing and implementing campaign strategies that challenge the biggest financial backers of extractive activities in the Amazon
