ELP Affinity Groups are self-organized groups that are created by ELP Senior Fellows for ELP Senior Fellows.  If you are interested in starting an ELP Affinity Group, contact Jenna.

Executive Directors

The ED Affinity Group is a self-organized group of current, would-be, and former Executive Directors from across the ELP network. The aim is to share best practices and support ELP Fellows in addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of their ED roles. We will do this through the formation of a separate ED listserv within ELP and by meeting in person once or twice annually. Additional initiatives of the group will be determined by the needs and interests of its members.

Facilitation
The Facilitation Working group members draw insight and inspiration from listening, learning, and sharing within ELP’s community of facilitation practitioners. We find ways to practice and hone our skills by sharing experiences and asking questions – tapping into our collective expertise and resources.

People of Color
This is a self-organized group of current and senior ELP Fellows-of-Color. The aim is to share best practices and support ELP Fellows in addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of being an under-represented race or ethnicity within the green movement. We will do this through the formation of a separate Fellows-of-Color listserv within ELP; working together in sub-committees focused on specific issues; and meeting in person when possible. Additional initiatives of the group will be determined by the needs and interests of its members.
