The focus of the third retreat is on the creation of partnership and collaborations as well as a day long training on strength based leadership. Fellows will explore the development of new partnerships and collaborations as a means for scaling up our work and its potential to create new ideas. Additionally, Fellows learn about a new brand of leadership which allows individuals to lead from a position of strength and possibility rather than from deficiencies and problems. Finally, Fellows will graduate from the fellowship program into ELP’s Senior Fellowship Community.
