Sean Dixon is the Coastal Policy Attorney with Clean Ocean Action, a New Jersey-based ocean pollution prevention non-profit organization.  At Clean Ocean Action, Sean works on New Jersey, New York, Atlantic Ocean, Federal, and International ocean issues.
