Environmental Leadership Program

Caroline Roszell is the Coordinator for the Gardening thru Refugee Organizations (GRO) project. She has three years of experience in community organizing and ten years of experience in organic vegetable gardening. While her past work experience includes marketing, community outreach, biodynamic farming, curriculum development, events planning, community gardens organizing, driving tractors, and fundraising, her focus has primarily been on community food security and access to green space for underserved urban populations. She holds a B.A. from Bard College in Environmental Studies
