Biography: 

Ben is a Public Health Analyst and Presidential Management Fellow with the National Center for Environmental Health and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. He staffs the National Conversation on Public Health and Chemical Exposures, a collaborative stakeholder engagement process to develop on action agenda that will outline steps the nation can take to better protect the public's health from harmful chemical exposures. Ben also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health and worked previously at the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, DC. His work is informed by a diverse background in sociology, risk perception and communication, environmental law and policy, environmental justice, and youth development. An adventurous soul, Ben is an avid rock climber, wilderness trekker, and urban cyclist.
