Applications are reviewed by the ELP Fellowship Selection Committee that is composed of ELP staff, Board of Trustees, and Senior Fellows. All members of the Selection Committee are required to sign a conflict of interest form and acknowledge any actual or perceived conflicts of interest during the review process.
The Selection Committee will communicate its decisions four to five weeks prior to the first retreat. Applications are ranked in two phases of review to create a pool of approximately 60 finalists for each regional program. All finalists will participate in a phone interview with two members of the selection committee. Once the interviews for all the finalists have been completed, a selection call is held to determine the 15-20 Fellows who will join the ELP Community.
Applicants selected to participate in the training program will be notified by phone, all others will be notified by email.
