Kimberly Roberts
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Kimberly is responsible for managing staff and ensuring successful implementation of programs and operations.
Kimberly brings to the ELP community 13 years of experience working for social and economic justice in political, labor and community
organizing. Most recently, Kimberly served as the staff and organizing director for the National Training and Information Center.
Prior to NTIC, Kimberly was the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Screening for the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute, where she helped
recruit and train a new generation of union organizers. Kimberly is Treasurer of the Gaithersburg Elementary PTA and Leader of Girl
Scout Troop #75 where her daughters, Emma and Amelia, are both members. Kimberly and her husband, Tony, enjoy introducing their
daughters to the outdoors and watching them develop a passion for nature.
Errol Mazursky
Deputy Director
As Deputy Director, Errol manages the recruitment and selection
process for ELP's three regional networks as well as overseeing the development of fellowship
programming and retreats. Additionally, Errol manages ELP's Activity Fund grants. Previously, Errol was a public health fellow at
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he worked on community outreach programs and the
development of international cohort studies to investigate the environment's impact on
children's health and development. Errol served in the U.S. Peace Corps as a health
volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa and was a Crisis Corps Volunteer in New Orleans, LA
where he contributed to the response effort of Hurricane Katrina. Errol currently serves on the
Board of Directors of Greenbelt Homes Inc., the Greenbelt Development Corporation and the Emerging Wildlife Conservation Leaders program.
Marianne Maloy
Eastern and New England Regional Network Program Coordinator
As Program Coordinator, Marianne helps to manage and develop the Eastern and New England Regional Network
programs and also provides support for organizational operations. Marianne has a degree in
Natural Resources from the University of Vermont, with a concentration in Environmental
Education. She has been an educator for various museums, parks, and non-profits. Most
recently Marianne was an environmental science teacher for Upward Bound, a college-prep
program for urban youth. In addition, she was also the Recruitment Coordinator for City
Year Greater Philadelphia, an AmeriCorps program that places young people as tutors and
mentors in the public schools. Marianne has lived in Philadelphia for the past four years
and can usually be found knitting in her free time.
Cerise Bridges
Mid-Altantic and Southeast Regional Network Program Coordinator
As Program Coordinator, Cerise helps to manage and develop the
Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regional Network programs and also provides support for organizational operations.
Cerise graduated from American University with a master's degree in Environmental Policy. During graduate school she was a
team leader at Shaw EcoVillage, where she worked with teenagers educating the community about
the problems and solutions of storm water runoff. Cerise also interned at the Trust for Public
Land, researching major breakthroughs in the country's city parks system. Cerise is also former
Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in Kenya as a Small Enterprise Development Volunteer.
Russom Woldezghi
Technology Coordinator
As Technology Coordinator, Russom manages and responds to the technical operations of ELP. Russom has worked with large organizations such as UNICEF and small non-profits such as
Belo Rural Development Project (BERUDEP) on issues such as rural development and water sanitation. He regularly volunteers with at-risk
youth in the Washington DC Metro Area. He enjoys spending
his time wondering through flea-markets and of course the occasional skydiving, base jumping and everything in between.
Meghan Nicholson
Development Coordinator
Meghan researches funding opportunities, writes grant proposals, and works to measure the impact of ELP’s work.
Prior to ELP, she worked for the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio as a public relations intern where she advocated their mission to foster
access to opportunity for the 29 counties in the region. Meghan received her Bachelors of Science in Journalism from Ohio University in
June 2008.
